We are pleased to launch Greek Innovative Nights, a new event series dedicated to strengthening connections between the Greek and Japanese innovation ecosystems.

Our first session will take place on June 24th at Tech Hub Yokohama, focusing on Marine Technology and the Blue Economy.

The event will feature presentations from:

• Christos Makiyama, President, Silicon Planet Corp. and Vice-President, Greek Chamber of Commerce in Japan (GrCCJ)

• Symeon Chatzigeorgiou, Chief Strategy Officer, Deep Sea Technologies (joining online from Greece)

• George Han, Founder, Oroshi wine and Director, Hanz Outdoor Resort

The discussion will be moderated by Myrsini Sardelianou, Deputy Executive Director, Greek Chamber of Commerce in Japan (GrCCJ).

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about developments, challenges, and business opportunities in marine technology and the blue economy, while gaining perspectives from both Greece and Japan.

This event is organized in collaboration with YOKOHAMA CONNECT and is open to anyone interested in innovation, maritime technology, entrepreneurship, and international collaboration.
